Whenever you have an absolute number like y = a|x-3| (a= -1/7, will see it later)
you should notice that:
|x-3| is either ≥ 0 OR |x-3| ≤ 0 and for x= 3 → y=0, then this curve has an axis of symmetry at x=3 (parallel to y-axis)
The 1st leg is y ≥ x-3 and the 2nd leg is y ≤ x-3 . You will get a V shape graph called piecewise
