i think the last one is Dialectical Behavioral. I have not studied this yet but i have been around and for a sort period of time been an anorexic.... this is something that i did. DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy) and EMDR (Eye movement desensitization and reprocessing) could be one of them. Like i said, i have no clue
