Being inactive will not improve sleep. In fact, it could do the opposite. From what i was taught, exercising improves sleep.
Being inactive would most likely lead to obesity if you spend your lifetime like that.
Being inactive will not cause weight loss, it would cause weight gain.
Being inactive will most certainly not lead to sexually transmitted diseases. It just isn't possible.
Therefore, your answer is B.
