In this passage Macbeth is asking the doctor to cure her, however he replies to him that her illness is not physical, “Doctor -Not so sick, my lord, as she is troubled with thick-coming fancies that keep her from rest-” and the excerpt above is Macbeth’s reply to that, we can see his frustration against the doctor, the feeling that best describe this is anger.
