Borderline personality disorder has many similarities to bipolar disorder and can co occur with depression. Depression can occur when the anger a child or teen experiences as a result of verbal, physical and or sexual abuse is turned inward to themselves. Cutting disorder is a form of self-harm often seen in depressed people.
