This could be an example of a mediastinal mass. These are (possibly) cancerous lesions that typically form in the area of the lungs and chest. These sorts of tumors typically removed by surgery followed by a course of radiation.
Indicative of mediastinal mass (which may be seen on a radiograph). Presence of a white reflection in the pupil of the eye may indicate retinoblastoma. Enlarged or tender axillary lymph nodes may indicate lymphadenopathy. Hepatomegaly or splenomegaly may be caused by an infection or tumor in the liver or abdomen.
