what happens to the range of the energies of the particles in matter when the temperature is increased

Respuesta :

The particles expand

Answer: When the temperature is increased, the energy of the particles will increased, that means they will move faster. This movement is called Kinetic Energy.

Explanation:

All particles are in constant motion, whether is solid state, gas or liquid state. Even  particles in Solid state have small movements between them.

Particles in liquid state move randomly and gas particles are in constant motion even faster than liquid and solid ones.

When there is an increased of temperature between particles, they will gain energy, that means they will move strongly and this energy is called, Kinetic Energy.

Once particles have won enough Kinetic Energy, (that means they are moving pretty fast) a reaction can accour or a change of state will happen.
