Well we know that there are four suits. So there are 4 queens which is a probability of 4/52 or simplified 1/13. Since there are 13 cards in a suit to draw a club is a 13/52 chance. Now since one queen is a club we take that out. and add 3/52 to 13/52 to get 16/52 or 4/13. I believe there is a 30% chance of getting a club or a queen. If this is wrong please let me know so I can fix my mistake or help you out in a different way. To get the percentage divide 4/13 to get 0.30 then move the decimal to the right 2 times to get 30%.
