I would say that Helene can win a case against Industrial Engineering is she can show that they discriminated against her because of her disability. In other words if she can show that her disability definitely would not affect her work for the position and that her qualifications and references attested to her ability and performance, then she should win. If she wins then she helps other Americans who have suffered the same thing.
