I use breathing techniques like roll breathing and I also do yoga to find my inner peace with myself and the world around me. 
There are tons of ways to deal with stress but for most people, it can be simple stuff like putting on music or for some exercising helps them get rid of stress. Like breathing exercises and yoga definitely, help. But, the question asks what do YOU use to relieve your stress so think of some ways that help you relieve stress.
