PLEASE HELP!!!!
How might planting a crop of soybeans and turning the plants under at the end of the harvest season help improve the soil in that field?

A) It would make the soil richer in phosphorus and potassium.
B) It would help break up the soil and add phosphorus to it.
C) It would increase the amount of ammonia and carbon in the soil.
D)It would add organic material and nitrate to the soil.

I believe the answer will be D.

Adding those organic materials back into the soil helps it become rich in nutrients that have been used in order to grow the plants to begin with.
