Hi. I'm studying and there is just one question I am not sure of the answer of on my study guide. I believe it is either A or C but I'm unsure and wanted a second opinion. Thank you!

In regards to rabies re-vaccination recommendations:
A) The manufacturer's recommendations should always be followed.
B) The veterinarian makes the decision regarding the frequency of re-vaccination depending on the species
C) State law dictates the frequency of re-vaccination
D) The rule of thumb is every 6 months for the animal's first two years of life
