All of these items were products that Europeans wanted from the Americas, except for d)grapes and olives, as these can be found in Southern Europe. Indigo was on high demand from the plantations in the southern part of the United States, cochineal was found in Central America, as well as silver and gold. Many fur trappers moved to French Canada to bring animal hides back to Europe. Cacao beans and sugarcane could also be found in the Caribbean.
