You can’t control it, but you can try using a mask to protect you from air pollution.
- Activity
Doing exercise regularly and getting enough sleep are two important keys to getting physical health. Regular exercise can improve your metabolism, increase bone and muscle strength, and improve sleep. It’s important to have enough and quality sleep to make sure your body is well-rested.
- Psychology
