So you should count the squared that the lines are on, and multiple it by 100, since that is the scale factor. 

The perimeter of the line would be 300+500+500 (about? It's a little hard to count) so that would be 1,300 which is closest to 1,380.
This is solved with the Pythagorean Theorem. Which is a^2 + b^2 = h^2
100 x 100 = 10,000
500 x 500 = 250,000
250,000 + 10,000 = 260,000
Now, to find the other part, we need the square root of 260,000, which is 509.9
Now, 100 + 500 + 509.9 = 1109.9

The petting zoo is 1109.9ft, which rounds to 1,380 ft
