I am not sure what a church leader does exactly but I can give a guess...I am pretty sure that church leaders cast a god-honoring vision to people. they also teach people about being kind and other things. But I think that they are spiritually gifted people who have a heartfelt yearning for some part of God's kingdom to advance to.They first start thinking about it, then they have dreams about it, and soon they will end up speaking about it to people. They will communicate ideas about it to someone so they could be having lunch with someone and it will most likely start out as "Could you imagine what this part of the kingdom would be like if...?" I guess after that, they will have more in depth conversations with the people they are around and in their church, inspiring many people during their conversations.
