I think this question was suppose to be "Why, in Julius Caesar, was Antony’s speech more effective than that of Brutus?"
Anthony when he gave his speech he talked with the crowed like he was one of them. Not one that was above them like Brutus thought he was. Anthony did not talk about honoring himself. And Anthony was allowed the last word. With having the last word he could mock Brutus with what he said.
With a result everyone went after Brutus. And Brutus ended up killing himself in honor.
