A movie theater sells 3 sizes of popcorn as described in the table.
A. Write a polynomial with 3 terms to represent the total sales in dollars of all popcorn. Define the variable you use.
B. Pam says that the expression 9p represents the total sales of popcorn, where p is the total number of all sizes of popcorn sold. Does this makes sense?

Lets take a small popcorn and call it 2s.                            medium popcorn = 3m.                                   large popcorn = 4l. So 2s + 3m + 4l = total sales. If 9p is the total number of popcorns sold, the equation is s + m + l = 9p
