Since the ratio is 1 to 1.5, the measurement 30 inches must correspond to 1. Thus multiply 1.5 by 30.
30*1.5 = 45
Your answer should be 45. An alternate way could be to go through all of them but for me I personally prefer this way as it is much faster and easier. Hope this helps!
