I think it is C, hope this helps!!

The climax of Tiger-Tiger is Mowgli's decision to cause the herd of buffalo to trample Shere Khan (C).

In the story, Mowgli lives in the human village, but continues to have contact with the wolves from the jungle, in particular Gray Brother. Gray Brother tells him that Shere Khan has been around the village and plans to kill Mowgli. The village put Mowgli in charge of herding the buffalo to keep him busy, so he decides to split the group in two and have them stampede into each other. Shere Khan is trapped in the middle. This is the pivotal point in the story as Shere Khan is dead and it influences the rest of the story.
