Its called Henna, and i wiil usaly come in a cone shaped bag. You cut the tip of the bag of to make a small opening, then yhou free hand or use a stincel to make a drawing onto your skin, let it set untill it hardens, then you wipe it off and you have a henna tatoo, it will usaly last a few days.
