LaTisha’s goal is to climb the corporate ladder in her organization. i believe latisha should use a chronological resume.
Chronolgical resume includes the development from Latisha's time in the earliest entry up until to this point (such as new degree & project experiences)
This type of resume is really good for employees who want to focus themselves in the same line of work.

In these case Chronological resume should be used. In case of Chronological resume,the qualifications are highlighted in a chronological manner starting from bachelor's degree followed by any other master degree and her experience. Therefore, this resume displays a clear picture to the organisation about the acheivements of a person in much more subtle manner.
