Remember that [tex]\sqrt{-x} = i\sqrt{x}[/tex]. Using that rule, we can solve these problems. Luckily, both of the fractions can't be square rooted, making our job very easy.

[tex] \sqrt{\frac{-7}{2}} = \boxed{i\sqrt{\frac{7}{2}}}[/tex]

[tex] \sqrt{\frac{-11}{2}} = \boxed{i\sqrt{\frac{11}{2}}}[/tex]
