Behaviorism is less likely to focus on relationships between individuals.
Structuralism is an anthropological approach that focuses on the study of human culture, by analyzing the wide range of relationships that exist within individuals. It proposes that these relationships are the base from which society is built.
In contrast, Behaviorism believes that the way people behave is a product of their interaction with their environment. In other words, the way a person acts and behaves is a product of the history of interactions with his or her environment, especially those interactions that involve receiving reinforcement or punishment.
