For their history project,student chose to either write a report or give a presentation. Two fifths if the students wrote a report,and 0.6 of the students gave a presentation. Dominic said that more students gave a presentation.Do you agree with Dominic? Use numbers and words to support your answers

When you convert 2/5 to a decimal it is 0.4 
and because
0.6>0.4 
dominic is right
