In my career as a Realtor communication is key. Technology has done a lot to help but I think it hinders also. There are times when face to face or even telephone communication is necessary and people are not used to those anymore. So I'm not sure if my communication needs to be better but yet the emotion behind the communication needs to be. It's hard to express remorse, empathy, compassion through an email or text. But if I did it would certainly improve my business.

The person who is communicating should use the right word in an unbiased way so that the meaning of understanding does not get spoiled. Communication is essential at work, family, neighbor and everywhere. A best communicator will lead the best life.
