1. It affected both women and other minorities because it increased employment rate for them and strengthen their status as one of the prominent contributor to our economy. It also provide women and minorities to various opportunities that previously closed for them (such as the right to join a war)
2. Because of the new deal, these groups able to receive various forms of government welfare that would benefit them (such as help in buying house, chance to open up a business for the veteran, Youth development for minorities, etc).
