In America we supersize everything from butter to burgers but in France the portions are very small and are always accompanied by wine which has been proven to help with cardiovascular disease.

If the cardiovascular fitness is poor then this may lead to cardiovascular disease which may affect the patients to such extent that they may cause death of the person. The cardiovascular disease may be prevented by performing exercise and yoga.
Cardiovascular fitness can also be improved by taking an apt nutritional diet. Soy protein has been observed to be also regulates the blood pressure.
Alcohol and fat severely damages the heart and its function. But even though the European have diet which are high in fat and alcohol, cardiovascular disease is not epidemic to them. This may be due tothe size of portions and eating patterns of than individual residing there contributes to decrease rate of obesity and overweight.
