On summer 2017, i worked part time as a customer service for online electronic retailer in Sacramento.
One day, a customer called in an screaming about how he received the wrong products from what he actually ordered. I calmly handled all his anger, saying that i understood his frustation, check out his log, and politely pointed out that he's the one who placed the wrong order.
Eventually, the situation could be handled calmly and he apologized for acting in anger toward me.
