Bella say that 7 out of 11 people brought an umbrella to the beach. There were 99 people there.How many of them did NOT have a beach umbrella.

if 7 out of 11 people brought an umbrella, then 7/11 of the total people had umbrellas....and 4/11 of the total people did not have one

and if there is 99 people at the beach..
4/11(99) = 396/11 = 36 people did not have one <==== ur answer
7/11(99) = 693/11 = 63 people had one
