Adverbs are words that more precisely define verbs,
adjectives and sometimes sentences. In this example adverbs are: quiet, slowly,
eventually and really. Adverb “quiet” describes word “slowly” and forms a
syntagm which main word is adverb slowly. This syntagm describes the verb move (moved).
Adverb “really” describes adjective “overjoyed” and forms a syntagm which main
word is overjoyed. Adverb “eventually” is sentence adverb, it defines the general
feeling about information given in the sentence.
