Alicia earns $9.00 per hour working at a part time job. She wants to earn more than $180 this week. How many hours does Alicia have to work?

x > 180/9
x > 20.......she would have to work more then 20 hrs

So to get this first we should divide 180 by 9 to find out how many hours she has to work to earn $180. That is 20. But she wants to earn more, so she has to work 21 or more hours, also written as 21≤ h when h= number of hours worked.
