Let's look at the first equation.

Notice that the slope is negative. We can eliminate the second choice because that answer choice does not show any line with negative slope.
This graph has a y-intercept of negative 2. Thus, we can eliminate the third choice since the graph does NOT have a y-intercept of negative 2 in that answer choice.
Also, since the inequality symbol is less than or equal to, the shaded area must be below the line with negative slope. We can eliminate the 4th choice because that choice shows a shaded area ABOVE the negative-sloped line.
What does that leave us with? The first choice! All we had to do was analyze one equation!
