The roman laws influence democracy is the context of rights of the citizens or the people of Rome. In a political sense, those freed individuals were able to vote, take hold of an office and be a representative. They also have laws of persons, either slaves or citizen. These laws constitute also the rights to becoming a Romanian citizen. As for women in the face of democracy, they were treated equal but is not allowed to vote, take office or serve military.
