Muslims and Jews today can be in some cases seen somewhat unfavorably. However, this is not an opinion and belief that the majority holds about either of the two groups. The muslim conquests and reconquests in Spain during the middle ages have long been forgotten. Although one would have to ask the local populace in Spain how they feel about this topic as well.
