C. Negative Capability
An author's skillful representation of the point of views and attitudes of a hobo, a nurse, a corporate CEO and a variety of other diverse characters is termed as the negative capability. This is coined and first used by the poet Keats who dreamed of becoming a famous author. According to him, negative capability is a utmost expression of supreme empathy therefore trying to experience someone's troubles and hardships in order to personally understand them. In the process of viewing conflicts in different point of views with the application of a creative mind, the conflict is resolve.
