All you need to do is get the s by its self.
Divide both sides by 3/7 and get
[tex] \frac{ \frac{3}{7}s}{ \frac{3}{7} } = \frac{6}{\frac{3}{7} } [/tex]
The two 3/7 on the first side cancel out and 6/(3/7) is 14
and so you are left with [tex]s=14[/tex]
