A food handler must remove jewelry (watches, rings and bracelets) before working with food. Jewelry and other loose objects shall not be worn or taken into a food handling or processing operation or any area where food is exposed.
After the food handler has removed the jewelry, he/she should wash his/her hands and wrists.
