run it under water, or disinfect the cut 

Wrap it with cloth

Clean with soap and warm water

Apply antibiotic cream to reduce risk of infection

depending on the deepness of the cut, apply flour, cornstarch or some sort to stop the bleeding

Depending if a whole finger was cut,or bleeding won't stop after a few minutes and hours call the doctor in risk of infection.

Clean the veggies and cutting board or surface and surroundings where blood may be, in case of blood infected on it.

Depending if the type of veggies absorb liquids well, throw ones away that absorb liquid like a sponge to stop a risk of infection.
