1. While God and Satan Debate in the first couple of chapters, the style is anything but timid and it is certainly not without knowledge. Those two command a very wide range of knowledge, particularly God. Satan is no dummy: he's just evil. False
2. To be rightly related to God was a requirement throughout the Old Testament. It took the form of obedience and humility and wisdom (proverbs) and joy and celebration (mostly in Psalms). The law was uppermost in their minds. The new is somewhat different, but a rightness or an attempt at rightness is there, especially in Paul. It's True But Narrow.
2a Enosh was from Genesis. He was not one of Job's comforters. The other three are his friends and comforters.
3. It was Elihu who spoke with wisdom beginning in Chapter 32. The other 3 are Job's comforters (so called). I have to number what follows differently since I left them out.
3a The repremand of Job's comforters really is not any of the choices given. God reprimanded them because they did not understand the meaning of Job's suffering. So I guess I would pick the second to the last.
3b Deepened the character of those enduring the suffering. That is a personal opinion.
3c Chapter 1 Verse 1 tells us that Job lived in Uz.
4. Chapter One assures us that Job had 7 sons and 3 daughters before everything happened to him. And that was only the start of his trouble. True
5. Job NEVER at anytime cursed God although even his wife urged him to do so. Then at least his suffering would come to an end. False
6. Job certainly never says that anywhere. In fact Job is a tale telling us what to do when suffering is dumped on our doorstep. Nor does the Bible ever promise that we can somehow avoid suffering. In fact, Jesus himself endured the cruelest torture at the time of his death. He suffered. So did Job. Job is probably the second most powerful testament to suffering in the Bible. False.
7. I don't really know the answer to this one. Job was told by God what power God possessed. (The second last question).
8. No God spoke directly to Job. To the others as well (whom he reprimanded directly). There was no dream involved.
Likely this will get deleted. I answered it because I have to know it. Next time please post only 3 questions. I think you have 12 here.
