Basically I believe to solve this question, simply count the number of x marks underneath each number and multiply it by that value.
For instance, since there are 2 x marks above 1/4, multiply 1/4 by 2, which is 1/2. Do this for all the points and numbers underneath, and then add the final values together to find out the number of bags, I believe.
