He was a politician with views which are traditional, he was at a point appointed as a prime minister of Prussia. during his tenure he provoked and began a war amongst Prussia and Austria which joined Germany under Prussia. He is regarded as the founder of the German Empire in 1871 while he made himself the imperial Chancellor of Germany.
