A. Adjective clause
Adjective clauses start with pronouns. The pronouns can be which, where, whom, who, whose, etc. It modifies (B) Dr. Black, because that is whom it is speaking about.
Another example would be:
Peanuts, which are packed with protein, are a healthy snack.
