PLEASE HELP ME! A Frisbee has a diameter which measures 10.2 inches. Consider the greatest possible error allowed for the measurement and calculate the minimum circumference of the Frisbee to the nearest tenth.
A) 30.5 inches
B) 31.9 inches
C) 32.1 inches
D) 34.4 inches

Respuesta :

Since the measurement was made to the nearest tenth, the greatest possible error will be half of one tenth, or 0.05 inches.

10.2 − 0.05 = 10.15

C = πd = π(10.15) = 31.887 inches

31.887 would round up to 31.9
10 times 3 equals 30,5 time 2 equal 10 my guess is 30.5
