eclampsia is a complication of preeclampsia whereby the patient develops seizures.the first step is to control the seizures ensure that airway, breathing, and circulation is fine then give anticonvulsants such as magnesium sulfate .once the patient is stable initiate a delivery plan either by induction of labour or delivery by caesarian section.
