If we did not have the protection of Constitutional Rights there would be regional pockets of intolerance where the prevailing majorities would pass laws that violate the rights of the minorities. There would be no balance. It is part of human nature for the powerful to take advantage, and control, of the less powerful in order to further their own desires and self interests. If that were to happen we would descend into a quagmire of hodge-podge laws and we would lose the stability and intelligence of the national framework of equality we now experience.

The National Law are domestic laws of a country that strengthen the nation internally.

  • The National Law are considered to be supreme where going against is illegal.
  • If the National Law were not supreme then  people will not fear any one while committing crime and illegal activities which might bring disastrous to society.
  • There will not be any balance in society as people with power will rule the country fro their benefits.
  • The differences between the classes will increase.
  • The nation will fail to establish its foundation in international and inter ground.

Therefore we can conclude that the national law should be put under supreme.
