so for the first part
n would need to be greater than 4 because anything equal to or lower than 4 would just put the equation to equal to or lower than 7... but you need it to be greater than
the second part is pretty simple, but still follows the same concept.
if you need 7 x (whatever) to be equal to 7
a and b would need to be the same number... and thats 1
this is because 7 x (1 over 1) would still be 7
