To list a few:
-Any word that refers to yourself. Such as "I" or "me"
-Words such as "um", "like", and "so" are unprofessional and nervous words. Speeches are nerve-racking, but try to avoid these ones as much as possible!
-Don't degrade yourself! Saying something like "I'm not good at speeches" or "Excuse me if I seem nervous" or "I've never done this before." If you're gonna stand up in front of everybody and degrade yourself, you might as well go sit down in the audience and keep quiet. It's simply just annoying and quite frankly a beginner's move.
-Don't use an introduction such as "My topic is.." "I'm here to talk about.." or "I was asked to talk about.."
Other than that, just speak loud and clear and keep your head attached to your shoulders. If you need any more help or advice feel free to message me. Good luck, I hope this helped! :)
