Peter Drucker is known for his unorthodox perspectives on business and society. He envisioned ideals of pluralism and diversity. What does this mean?

Respuesta :

A pluralist and diverse society is one consisting of diverse groups, be it ethnic, race, or social groups. But a society in which these multiple groups maintain their beliefs and cultures within the confines of a common societal fabric or civilization. Canada is generally regarded as a good example.

Pluralism and Diversity are two concepts in business that are gaining more and more attention these days.

Pluralism and Diversity is something in which there are different people or groups of people from different cultures and backgrounds. When people from different cultures come together, mostly they share their positive values with each other and share their different point of views on a specific situation or problem, hence encouraging brainstorming as well.

This pluralism and diversity can be on the basis of cultures, ethnic, race, etc.

Organizations who have diverse workforce, seem to produce better results.
