So, to start off with the last answer, (the coast of Lebanon), this is a place where there is more water than dirt. Of course there is dirt everywhere, but, this wouldn't really be noticed as a great place for farming.
For the third option, I wouldn't say that this would be a great place for farming,(southern Israel) is very hot and plant's would constantly have to be wet during this time. So, this wouldn't be a great option.
No, from the other two option's listed above which are (east of the Jordan river) and also (central Syria). I would advice that the Jordan river would be a better place to plant a farm. It is not to hot, but contain the right humidity and temperature in order for the plant's to feel great.
The answer could have been (central Syria), but, there, is more sand then there is dirt.And from this, you would need more dirt than sand.
